WWI / WWII British Army Medical Service Female Grouping Red Cross Armband Medal

WWI / WWII Grouping to Ethel Wright  - British Army Medical Service in WW1 - served later in WW2.
Original Document thanking Miss Wright for her service in WWI. As well as a Cap Badge for the British Red Cross Society. Two smaller pins are also included for the Sussex Red Cross and St Johns. The Armband is stamped 1915 Army Medical Service. During the First World War, the corps reached its apogee both in size and experience. Its main base was for long the Queen Alexandra Military Hospital at Millbank, London (now closed). It set up a network of military general hospitals around the United Kingdom and established clinics and hospitals in countries where there were British troops. After some initial research it is clear that an Ethel Wright was discharged in 1918 at 18 years old.
An enlistment from 1919/1920 can also be found an Ethel Wright entered the Services again.
In WWII an Ethel Wright comes up in the London Gazette in 1941 - Nurse awarded the Royal Red Cross - serving with the Queens Alexandra Imperial Military Nursing Service.   It would warrant some further research to be sure this link is the same woman.
