Vintage WW2 American Red Cross Canteen Corps Volunteer Pin Sterling With Box

For sale, the vintage WW2 American Red Cross Canteen Corps volunteer pin with the original box that is shown in the pictures. This pin is made of enamel on sterling silver and measures about 1" across. It is in very good condition. The enamel is clean and shiny. There are no chips. There is some staining of the white enamel adjacent to the sterling silver that is shown in picture #9. This wasn't apparent until the close-up pictures were viewed. The back of the pin is tarnished. The clasp is working properly. The box has some light wear and soiling. The inside of the box has stains that are shown in picture #17.
