Nice American Red Cross Service patch.  This patch is cloth-back and appears unused, although I’m not sure if this always was a tan twill, or it is yellowed white twill.  But, please refer to the image for the actual condition however.  Buyer to pay .00 shipping and handling (plus any desired insurance) if in the US and .00 if outside the US.
