SWISSAIR 1st Class 1975 MENU Johannesburg-Switzerland Flight Schöllenen Railway

A great looking vintage
SWISSAIR
in-flight ‘First Class’ menu for the Johannesburg, South Africa to Nairobi, Kenya to Switzerland flight. The menu’s front cover has Swiss poster art by Otto Baumberger (1889-1961) showing the Schöllenen Railway.
The menu is believed to be from 1975. Not sure what it means but the code “287 11/75” is at the bottom of the menu.
The menu cover measures 7” x 11” and is in Good to Very Good condition. Please note that the menu has two holes poked in at the edge.  Not sure if this was done by the airline or by a previous owner. Still a great looking menu
