RETURNS AND WARRANTY
Good Part Returns ("GPR")/ Non-defective:
All GPR's are subject to a 20% restock fee and must be returned 100% complete (and with our warranty/serial sticker in place). Customer is responsible for all shipping charges (we recommend insuring the package as we cannot issue a refund for damaged items). Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable for any reason.
Buyers are responsible for verifying compatibility prior to placing the order.
Parts returned due to buyer error are considered GPR and subject to policies stated above.
Dead on Arrival ("DOA") / Defective:
If your item arrives DOA, we will replace (or refund if no replacement available) at our cost. All DOA items must be returned 100% complete (and with our warranty/serial sticker in place) within 14-days of receipt

Warranty:
All products come with a 6 month warranty, unless otherwise noted. We will replace or repair (our discretion) parts that fail during the warranty period. This is a limited warranty and does not cover against the following: cosmetic defects, breakage (accidental or otherwise), life usage (toners, drums, transfer belts, etc), inadequate or improper maintenance, unauthorized modification or misuse, usage outside the environmental specifications of the product, or improper site preparation and maintenance.
