Condition is vintage and used and it does have a tight crack down its body and the brass ? metal legs have some paint loss. Eyes are painted on and look a little googlie. This is a rare and hard to find form and it is from a smoke free home. It ahs a C-clasp. This sits on spayed elevated legs and can be worn or sit on a shelf or desk. LOTS of personality.
