Washi paper is handmade in Japan, in the mountains.
The pure waters from melting snow are used, making
washi paper perfect for use with food storage items
as the cold waters kill all bacteria. Used in many ways
in Japan, the washi is produced through a painstaking
process and then screenprinted.
These rests are crafted from washi paper and have a hard,
almost porcelain like, surface
Hand wash with a damp cloth, should not be immersed
in water for lengths of time
The rests are crafted as bows in 5 different patterns
