This elegant artist signed plate feature a center multi colored hand painted floral display, surrounded by two wide band of embossed flowers scroll work and various other decorations in 24k gold, a yellow ring in between two gold band.
It’s in exceptional vintage condition, no chips, no cracks, no gold loss, no damage, it was displayed only. It is 10 7/8” diameter.
