Free Returns U.S.:  The free return policy is assuming your return meets eBay's condition requirements.  The item must be returned in the same condition you received it in, and the return and initial return shipping scan must occur within 30 days of receipt of the product based on the date the product is scanned as delivered.  Once an item is opened, a tag is removed, or a seal is broken the return policy is null and void as the item is no longer re-sellable and is not in the condition it was sent.  I do make exceptions on a case by case basis, though there is one default exception:  If you buy a full retail box of an item or any package deal, you can receive a full refund for the portion that is unopened.  For example if you buy a 12 pack of incense and return 11 of them still sealed and you paid for those incense, I will refund of your purchase price upon return of the unopened portion.  In a package deal, the items may not be of equal value and therefore the refund will be based on the percentage of the price of the package deal the returned unopened item(s) would have been worth if sold separately.
