Description
These items are from the Esmeralda Resort in St. Martin French West Indies. Included is an Esmeralda Resort Brochure, a 1991 – 1992 price list and an Esmeralda post card -postmarked Dec 1994.These were my parent’s and I found it among their various travel information.
In the late 80's and into the 90's, my parents traveled to St. Martin frequently and stayed at this resort several times. The French side of St. Martin was one of their favorites.
The brochure has a sleek feel to it and shows images from the resort. It measures approx. 8” x 8 ¼” closed and opens up to 19”. It is in good condition – no tears, marks but it does have a bow in it from being filed.
The price list is printed on opaque wax-like paper and I believe it fits into the sleeve of the brochure (4” x 8” ¼”). It shows pricing on the suites for both the winter season ‘91-‘92 and the ‘92 summer season along with the amenities. There is some edge wear / creasing in places.
The oversized post card shows various images of the resort on the front and the back describes their 15 luxurious villas. It is postmarked 12/19/94 and has "Best Wishes For The New Year!"
It measures 8 ¼” x 4 1/8” and also has a slight bow from being stored in a file.
Comes from smoke-free home.

Over the past couple of years, I have been tasked with going through my parent's and grandparent's possessions - two separate households with items spanning their whole lives. This has been a long, arduous process and will take many years to complete.
I will be listing a variety of items - some of which I know the story behind and others I simply haven’t a clue!
With each and every item, I try to supply as much detail as I can whether it is from my recollection / memories, internet research, or by matching it up with other pieces I have found. Each item tells a story for which I am grateful to now be able to document as a way of keeping some of the history of my family which is now gone. I wish I could keep a lot of it but I haven't the room.
I will do my absolute best to describe the item as I can. If I overlook a defect or if for some reason you feel that the item is not as described, please let me know. I will do my best to make things right! Thank you in advance for helping me with this overwhelming task.
