These are bright red and white tiles that utilize the technique of Mino-ware.  Made by Nakagawa Masaichi Shoten Co. in Tajima city, Gifu Pref. Japan. This company has more than 300 years history.
[ Products Description ]
[ QUANTITY ] 7 chopstick rests ( red x 4 ; white x 3)  in the original wooden box. The other items shown in the photos are NOT included. These are for display purpose only.
[ CONDITION ]  Vintage. The chopstick rests are like new, never used. After many years of being in storage, the wooden box looks relatevely new.  (NO tags / NO labels)
[ MATERIAL ] : ceramic
[ SIZE ]  each rest is 4.5 x 1.0 x 0.5 (height)  cm. BOX: 7.5 x 6.5 x 2 (height) cm

Clean gently with a soft damp cloth.
