    Description

    I found this crate in an attic.  I hosed the cobwebs and dust off and let it dry in the sun.  I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of this wooden, 1978 crate made by Temple in Chattanooga, TN USA.  It holds 24 bottles and measures 4" tall X 12 1/8" wide X 18 1/2" long.  The only issues than expected and obvious wear is a couple of splits in the bottom slats and a missing rivet (see last 2 pictures).  It is structurally sound and colors are quite vivid for an old wooden object.  It is clean so I will leave the other cleaning up to the buyer as they see fit.  Please feel free to contact me with questions.
