    Authentic 1944 WWII Poster Join The Navy Nurse Corps Apply At Red Cross Woman
    This is an authentic WWII recruiting poster printed in 1944 featuring a Navy Nurse in uniform. Tag line says, "Join the Navy Nurse Corps. Apply at your Red Cross Recruiting Station". By artist John Whitcomb. Print has some damage to report. There are 2 major tears that have been tapes from behind. One on right edge, one on bottom right corner. They are both a 4-5 inches. There are several smaller less than 1 inch tears around the edges. A couple are also taped from behind. Upper left corner is smashed.  Some light age stain around the edges.  I took lots of close ups so you can see for yourself. Measures 20 x 28 inches.
