Custom manufactured APS film holder for Epson Perfection v100,v200,v300,v330,v370 flatbed film scanners (Patent Pending).  Some of these Epson Perfection models came in regular document scanning models while others (using the same model number) also functioned as film scanners.  This holder will only work with models that are designed to scan film.  Such models typically had "Photo" as part of their model name.  The sure way to know that you have such a model is to make sure you have a second light source in the lid of your scanner that allows for scanning film.
This was CAD designed and manufactured for use with the obsolete Advanced Photo System (APS) format that was very popular over a decade ago.  Marketed by Kodak under the name "Advantix" in 1996, the format became instantly popular.  Both Kodak and Fuji stopped manufacturing APS film in 2011.
Unfortunately not only is it almost impossible to get prints made from APS film these days, but APS negative holders are hard to come by and the ones that you can find cost upwards of 0.  Additionally, while many film scanners allow for negatives to be scanned directly on the glass, APS presents a special issue because it's stored wound tightly inside the film canister.  Once you get it out of the canister, the negatives roll in to a ball unmercifully without something to hold them flat.  Removing exposed negatives from an APS canister is actually quite easy.  You literally break it out any way you can.  Since APS canisters are plastic, I use a pair of pliers to
    gently
crack open the canister to gain access to the negatives.  If you don't want to destroy your APS canister, there are commercially available products known as "film retrieval tools" that will work for APS.  I am also told that it is possible to use a small flat screwdriver to open the canister film door and then use the screwdriver to turn the canister center spindle to make the film eject for scanning.
Please be aware that aftermarket film holders such as this require the user have the ability to scan in manual (sometimes called "professional") mode and will require individual masking/cropping of each image (or the entire filmstrip) for scanning.  Automatic image detection and/or thumbnail mode will usually not work on such holders unless you're using a higher end aftermarket scanning program like Silverfast.  Please make certain you have appropriate scanning software that will allow for this level of user control.
    Specifications:
    Scanning windows:  190 x 18.5 mm
    Material:  Solid plastic
Features:  Unlike some models, this holder features a recessed film channel that holds your filmstrip firmly while also helping avoid scratches.

    SPECIAL NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
:  Ebay has recently changed rules for international buyers.  If you are buying multiple items from the same seller you can no longer combine shipping.  Ebay will also require you to pay immediately so I am not able to send you an invoice for combined shipping.  Unless something changes (or unless you know of a way to combine shipping that I haven't found yet), your only option is to buy and pay for each item separately.  This will likely result in overpayment of shipping charges.  I always refund overpayment of combined shipping charges, but unfortunately Ebay charges sellers a 10% commission on the original shipping charge and will not refund the difference.  I will continue to refund overpayment of shipping on multiple items, but in the future I will have to deduct the 10% commission that Ebay sticks me with.  I apologize for the inconvenience.  Hopefully Ebay will change this practice soon!
    Important additional notes:
    - If you are buying my holders for resale, please be aware that my products are more about "function" over "form."  This is why they are so inexpensive compared to other commercially produced options.  Each holder is custom made and may contain spot sanding and other finishing marks.  I do my best to clean my products up cosmetically, but due to sales volume I simply can't spend a lot of time on it.  My main concern is that it works like it is supposed to.  As a result, if you are reselling please be aware that you may need to do some more finishing work suitable for a retail environment.
    - Please pay particular attention to the "handling" days before shipping as noted above.  I do not typically maintain an inventory of my film holders as most are custom made upon order placement.  As such, I ask for 5 business days handling before shipping.  My average is likely around 2 days, but there are occasions where orders are very high and I may need all 5 business days before I am able to ship your holder.  Please keep this in mind.
