Antique / Vintage Japanese Restaurant Unused Pair of Chopsticks

Hello!  I am not sure if anybody collects these but I present to you a pair of what should be an antique or vintage pair of Chinese / Japanese Restaurant Chopsticks.  These were my Great Grandmothers whom passed 50 years ago and was part of her collected items.  I can vouch they are at least 50 years old and possibly much older as she lived a long life.  The chopsticks measure approx 8 inches long and are in the original sleeve.  I am afraid I can't read the writing on the sleeve but maybe someone can.
