ANTIQUE C.1920 JAPANESE "DRAGON & CLOUDS" HIBASHI HIBACHI CHOPSTICKS - TONGS

Description

An unusual pair of iron tongs. These would be used with any hibachi, including during the tea ceremony.
Used like regular chopsticks these would transfer coal into the fire while the hibachi is being used.
These are an unusual pair with a dragon and clouds inlaid on each one on both sides. They're not round but half round (One side is round the other side, flat)  This makes it easier to hold. The ends are indented for an easier grip of the charcoals..
They are 11 inches long (28 cm).
