Notes: Book is mostly blank linked pages, but I've highlighted some of the reference pages. Name written on cover in two places (on the white and to the left on the blue section, but unable to capture in photo since it's blue ink on the blue printing). Back cover has local agency name stamp. Only writing on first two pages as shown in pictures. Awesome example of an early notebook.
