Very tiny, under the big fancy letter "F", the printer of this letterhead is identified as

CONDITION:
It has normal letter folds,  file holes at top, upper left side/corner chewed off by bugs (visible in scan), still in decent condition-SOLD AS IS.     The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the letterhead.
Approximate size is
9 1/2" X 6".
